    wash cold and hang dry

    we always recommend washing less, it not only helps with the longevity of a garment it also helps conserve energy and water.

    you are more than welcome to steam or iron your garment. set to a lower heat and do not apply heat directly to embroidery or screen print, and use a thick cloth over top to protect the threads from the heat.

    WOOL

    dry clean or wash cold by hand

    again, less is more. merino wool does not need to be washed very often as the lanolin oils that are present in the wool make it naturally anti-microbial. when it does come time to wash, professional dry cleaning or hand washing with a wool specific detergent are the best ways to extend the fit and longevity of the garmets.

  • sustainability is at the front of our minds from sourcing of materials, to the packaging. we keep as much as possible in house so we can have further control of how the product is made and reduce the carbon footprint of the manufacturing of each item.

    transparency, authentication, and certification from our suppliers matter especially in the apparel industry where greenwashing is so widespread. each piece in the CORE collection is produced in a windmill powered, fair trade certified™ facility of 100% u.s. grown global organic textile standard (GOTS) SUPIMA® cotton. each garment also is OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning every garment component has been tested for harmful substances and declared safe.

  • please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed unless the item is a pre-order. you will receive a shipping confirmation + tracking number once your order has been processed. 

    taxes and shipping costs are calculated according to your shipping address at time of checkout. please note delivery times are provided as guidelines only, actual transit days will vary based on destination and carrier.  

    Gabriel Studios is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen shipments. for any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. we do not assume responsibility for reimbursements or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Gabriel Studios. the buyer assumes responsibility for claims with the shipper, and all shipment issues and claims must be handled through the initial shipping courier. 

  • because of our limited stock, exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. if you want to exchange your order for a different size, color, or style please contact us at customercare@gabriel-studios.com with: “order #xxx-exchange” and we can review inventory to see if it can be accommodated. 

  • all returns must be authorized by Gabriel Studios.

    in order to begin a return, contact us at customercare@gabriel-studios.com with: “order #xxx-return” in the subject line.  if the return is approved you will receive instructions on how and where to ship your package. once the return has been approved please ship the items within 7 days. 

    returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and items must be in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, free of damage with tags attached and in original packaging.

    allow 2-3 business days for review of the returned item. once reviewed a refund will be initiated, this process typically takes 7-10 days to reflect in your account + is dependent on your financial institution. 

    please note any online gift return refund can only be issued to the original form of payment (the purchaser’s). Gabriel Studios does not offer return credit.

    certain items cannot be returned, including 1 of 1 pieces or other items specified as final sale. do not hesitate to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • please check your order when it is initially received and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. after 7 days, Gabriel Studios has the right to refuse a return or exchange.

    if you feel that there is a manufacturing issue please email customercare@gabriel-studios.com with “order #xxx-issue” in the subject line and include detailed pictures of the product and issue.  

    if Gabriel Studios deems the merchandise to be defective or that there is an error with the issue, a full refund will be processed. please refer to the above time frames for time frame estimates for processing and the refund to reflect in your account. 

    please note, colors may be somewhat different between the physical good and online images and physical variances can occur due to certain manufacturing processes and the nature of one-of-one pieces.
